a gap between my internship and my final papers, i shot something. i found lackadaisical and idle resonance outside; nearly like a mirror of my inner thoughts and emotions.
it was in this gap, rushing home, rushing around, finding things. The work reminded me briefly of Walker Evan’s work in ‘Let us now praise Famous Men’ and associated Depression-era photographers.
this is a log of the work i’ve done thus far for prof. jane jacobs, and hopefully there’ll be more to come.
